Return Policy


Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise in exchange for store credit. All items must be returned in the condition they were received. Sale items and accessories are final sale. 

Beam offers return labels to print and ship from home. Send us an email to hello@shopbeamboutique.com including your order number and the item you would like to return to receive a shipping label via email. You can expect your return label within 24 hours of your request and we kindly ask that you package it in the original form it was sent and drop it off at a U.S. Post Office at your earliest convenience. Once the return is received and processed, the cost of the return shipping is deducted and you will receive store credit via email. Store credit can be used online or in-person at a pop-up/event and it does not expire.

Exchange for a different size? Due to limited quantities, we recommend ordering the new size and returning the other for a full refund. Let us know in your order notes so we can get the return process started for you.

Nashville Local Return Drop Off
Please send us an email with your name, order number and the item you are returning to hello@shopbeamboutique.com for information on local returns. We will be happy to accept your return in Nashville, TN free of charge.
